How can I track my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a live tracking link with the estimated delivery date via SMS and email, so you can follow your package in real time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes. You can request a cancellation or modification on the same day your order is placed.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
How secure is my payment information?
Your payment security is our top priority.
- We process all online payments through Razorpay, a trusted and industry-leading payment gateway. Razorpay supports Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- All transactions are protected using SSL encryption to ensure your data remains safe and confidential.
- FYNstore does not store your card or bank details on our servers.
In the rare event of any unauthorized transaction, please inform your bank or card issuer immediately as per their reporting guidelines.
Will FYNstore ever ask for my payment or account details?
No. Never. FYNstore will never contact you via email, phone, or message asking for your password, OTP, card details, or banking information.
If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from us, please do not respond and contact our customer support team immediately.
