Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 4 business days.

Delivery timelines once shipped:

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 days

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 7–9 business days.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing the shipping partner’s name and your tracking ID or link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Rates:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders (Save ₹100).
  • Cash on Delivery: ₹50.

Note: COD is available only on orders above ₹1000.

Shipping Partners: We ship through reliable delivery partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and others depending on your location.

Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. If you want the order to be shipped again, a reshipping fee of ₹100 will apply.
